Before You Send Samples
Please prepare the sample name, quantity, origin, required tests, intended use of the report and your contact details. Contact us before shipping if your samples need special storage, packaging or transport.
Delivery & Communication
Turnaround time, report format, fees and payment terms are confirmed for each project. Sample information and client business details are handled as agreed.
